Casa Pelicano sprawls over 2,400 square feet of ground and is bordered by lush vegetation and exotic trees. It was recently renovated in 2009 in order to line the house in a traditional Costa Rican style with adequate doses of modernism and elegance. The house is assorted with a hand-crafted bamboo and wicker furniture that give an air of a unique style and coziness about them. There are three bedrooms in Casa Pelicano. The two master bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, spacious closets, and private bathrooms with oversize tub and shower where you can cool off in a luxurious way while gazing outside to the ocean from the window. The guest bedroom has a bunk-bed, a closet and a private bathroom. With an accommodation adequacy of two to eight people, the vacation rental is perfect for family vacations, and its secluded location makes it idyllic for honeymoons and other romantic getaways. Casa Pelicano comes with an ample kitchen which is full equipped with all the necessary products and gadgets. It has a refrigerator, a toaster, a 4 gas burner stove, a blender, a microwave oven, an ice-maker, a dishwasher and other useful stuff. The living room is a good place to hang out, watch television, read a book and relax on of those plush and enormous sofas. The whole house is air-conditioned to keep the atmosphere nicely cool. Outside, there is a wide terrace surrounded by a range of dazzling tropical plants and flowers.

The palm-roofed terrace overlooks the pool and is considered as the best spot of the house. There is an outdoor shower to clean off the sand of the beach. The pool is a perfect place for having a reposing time in the cool, clean water and watching the spectacular sundown. A little walk will take you to the beach where you will have a fine time experiencing the waves, surfs and sands of Santa Teresa.
